As an affiliate of the Athletic Support Dept., every item is custom-printed just for you only when an order is placed. We do not hold inventory. Because of this, our policy must be firm.

 

1. General Return Policy

 

  • No Returns or Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please use our detailed size guide before purchasing.

 

2. Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items (Covered by Us)

 

We guarantee the quality of our gear. If your item is flawed, damaged, or incorrect, we will fix it immediately.

  • Eligibility: We accept exchanges only if the item meets one of the following conditions:

    • Damaged/Flawed: The garment arrived damaged, torn, or defective.

    • Incorrect Item: The wrong size or design was sent to you.

  • Action: If your item is defective, please contact us at [Your Email Address, e.g., support@superjockbros.com] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We will cover the cost of reprinting and shipping the corrected item to you.

 

3. Exchanges for Sizing Issues (The Fair Compromise)

 

We want you to have the perfect fit. If the size is wrong, we offer a compromise to help you re-order without paying full price.

  • Our Solution: If you need a different size, please contact us. We will provide you with a one-time, unique 20% OFF discount code to purchase the correct size.

  • Why: This allows you to receive the correct garment quickly and helps cover the production cost of the item you are re-ordering.

 

4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

 

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Items returned without prior notification to Superjockbros.
